To restore the Seychelles touch that has been forgotten by the importation of foreign culture in the tourism industry, to the extent that our market, economy and the culture has become vulnerable.
Our main objective
To provide a holistic transformation of the Seychellois people by offering training, empowerment, and exposure to life-changing innovation and experience.
Our specific objectives
The Organization shall have the following specific objectives:
- To mobilize resources, represent and establish opportunities to create growth for the Seychellois in the tourism industry
- To become the undertaker that drives research to enhance policy-making within the sector
- To protect and promote the talents, skills and values of the Seychellois
- To support, faciliate and influence the development of human capital in the tourism sector.
- To transform the Seychellois tourism work force into experience creators.
- To raise funds and receive contributions where appropriate to finance the work of the Association.
- To ensure that workers have a voice and are represented for effective functioning, not only for labour markets but also of the overall governance structure of the country.
